I'm Back!

Hello!

Well, hasn't it been a long time since I last did a post - sorry about that! But I'm back and I have lots of plans for Sew Lily Rose so keep your eyes peeled.

I went shopping a few days ago and thought I would share with you what I got...

Firstly, I bought this very pretty top from Fat Face.

It's really lightweight and comfortable to wear, therefore ideal for the summer! It's white, so it goes with blue and coloured jeans, as well as denim shorts. I would wear this with a cardigan and some pretty pumps or espadrilles on a nice summer's day.

I also bought these beautiful items from a little haberdashery shop:

I saw the elephant fabric and fell in love with it straight away - isn't it cute!

And this polka dot fabric is lovely too. I'm planning to use them in some bunting with some other fabric that I've collected.

These pins are so sweet! I have wanted to buy some for ages as they would be better for thicker fabrics or knitted materials because they are longer. Plus, I will be able to find them quicker if I drop them on the floor!

 

And last but not least these tiny pink buttons - they're gorgeous! They would look great on a hanging heart or cushion.
